Refund Policy

A Plus pass is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, if it has not been used. Not “not used much” - not used. If your child has answered a practice question, asked Mojo a doubt, or started a mock paper since the pass began, the pass has been used and is not refundable. Nothing is renewed automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel either way.

We check that against your child's own activity, not against a judgement about whether the app was “really” used. It is a yes or a no, and you can work out the answer yourself before you write to us.

Two things sit outside this rule, because they are not refund requests:

• We charged you in error - a duplicate charge, or a charge for something we do not sell. We return that in full whenever you find it, used or not, 7 days or not. See section 3.
• You bought through the App Store or Play Store. Apple and Google are the merchant for those purchases and run their own refund process - this policy does not, and cannot, override them. See section 4.

To ask, email [email protected] from your registered address with the order details. We reply within 2 business days. The app is also free to use without Plus for as long as you like, so you can see what it does before paying for anything.

• PrepMojo Plus is sold as a one-time pass of 1 month (30 days), 3 months (90 days) or 6 months (180 days) from activation, and does not auto-renew- there is nothing to “cancel” the way a recurring subscription would need cancelling, and no mandate is left standing against your card or UPI. The pass simply expires at the end of its term unless you buy another one.
• Within 7 days, and unused, we refund the full amount and end the pass immediately. “Unused” means that since the pass started, the child it was bought for has answered no practice questions, asked no questions of the Mojo AI tutor, and started no mock paper. A pass bought for one child is judged on that child's activity, not a sibling's
• After 7 days, or once the pass has been used at all, it is not refundable - not in part, and not for the unused remainder of the term. A pass unlocks the whole of Plus the moment it is paid for, so a week of it is worth a great deal more than a week of the term. The pass runs to the end of its term either way
• If a payment is reversed or charged back after access has been granted, that access is withdrawn - as set out in our Terms of Service.

A charge we should never have taken is not a refund request and we do not treat it as one. Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the order details and we will return it in full. This covers:

• being charged twice for the same pass, or charged without a pass being granted;
• being charged for a mock-paper pack. These are announced on our pricing page but are not purchasable- the app shows them as “Coming soon” and there is no way to pay for one, so any such charge is a mistake on our side. If mock packs go on sale, this page will be updated before they do.

Money returned this way goes back to the original payment method via Razorpay, and typically reaches you in 5-7 business days.

If you purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play, the transaction is billed and processed by Apple/Google, not PrepMojo directly. Refund requests for those purchases must go through Apple or Google's own refund process:

Whether such a request is granted is Apple's or Google's decision, not ours - the 7-day and unused conditions in sections 1 and 2 do not apply to those purchases and do not restrict them.
